2014 Chevrolet Impala

Chevrolet unveiled its future car model namely the 2014 Chevrolet Impala with “muscular” look design. The company introduces new 2014 Chevrolet Impala with several significance improvements you can expect from its predecessor, with classic impala design, and impala emblem on the C pillar. The rear chrome bar is designed and blended with old-fashioned and modern Chevy design to give more premium look. However, looking at the outlook design, this car is a bit athletic.

See what’s under its Hood

Chevrolet brings the front-wheel drive full-size sedan concept for the new 2014 impala car, and maintains the old style for the current Impala generation. The body is designed with sharp lines, and the wheels is at about 18-20 more inches wheels. There are also xenon headlights and LED daytime running light, as well as longer wheelbase for about 1-inches longer.

For the performance support, 2014 Chevrolet Impala offers you with three engine choices. The first one is direct injection 3.6 liter Vg engine, which is capable to perform 303 horsepower (HP). Second choice will be 2.4 liter four-cylinder engine with eAssist hybrid system to produce 182 horsepower (HP), and the last choice is the 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine that capable to deliver 195 horsepower (HP). The same thing is that these entire three machines are coming with six-speed automatic transmission. Unfortunately, EPA has not rated the fuel efficiency for this new Impala yet. Previously, the 2012 Impala is capable to reach 18 mpg city, and 30 mpg highway on the test.

In the interior design, you will get navigation system, 8-inch touchscreen display, and MyLink integration for your smartphone device. Safety system is also improved. This car is coming with 10 airbags, blind spot detection, cruise control, cross-traffic alert, rearview camera, and also rear parking assist for your safer driving experience. While pricing has not announced yet, this 2014 Chevrolet Impala will be available in the market early next year.
